When using the group by functionality, it's easier to get a quick read and scan of everything in a collapsed state to start and then we can expand as necessary.

We need a way to get notified when a client uploads documents that are part of a workflow

i would like to be able to hover over a description to allow me to see the entirety rather than having to edit it to see it

Context: Right now, advisors can only search for a few letters for the first name in an engagement only. Different areas allow a different number of letters to search for a taxpayer/contact/engagement. If an entity starts with "the," you have to search "the." If you start with the second word, it will not show up. Impact: It makes it more difficult to find the contact/engagement/taxpayer that you are searching for. Desired outcome: A search function that allows you to type any amount of letters in any part of the name to find taxpayers, contacts, and engagements.

The current column size makes it hard to find certain clients where I deal with one spouse and their wife's name is still too long to even see any of the husband's last name. The feature to click on the edge of each column heading and widen as needed for the best view (or narrow it so more columns can be viewed on screen) was requested specifically Additionally, the ability to hover over a name and have full name shown "otherwise, I have to click through and leave the home screen where I want to be. seems small but pretty useful when there are clients with very long names"

Current challenge: On the Invoices page, sorting by status does not automatically surface all matching invoices if some are located on subsequent pages. Advisors must first increase the number of rows displayed before sorting, which can make older invoices easy to overlook. Suggested enhancement: Add a filter for "Invoices Sent" Ensure sorting and filtering work across the full invoice dataset, not just the currently displayed page Benefit: Improves visibility into outstanding and historical invoices while reducing the likelihood of advisors missing sent invoices due to pagination limitations.

In the team tasks view if you move a heading to a particular position that should be retained for that user. If you move a heading now and navigate away from the page the column locations revert back to the original locations.

Context: Whenever there is a new client, one automatic request for for prior year tax returns to review before preparing the next year. Impact: Having that sent via portal is a more secure way, and having it as a set document upload prevents ad hoc tasks being created. Desired Outcome: A document upload category for prior year tax returns.

Context: There is a standard template for engagement letters, but advisors would like to be able to customize based on their engagements and firm circumstances. Impact: Having only one standard template doesn't allow for customization that might be important to a specific firm. For example, engagement letters with a flat fee might not want to have hourly rates listed anywhere. Desired Outcome: Ideally, being able to customize the engagement letter for different advisors so that they can add any additional standard language that is important for their clients.
