Our up-front advisory engagement workflow consists of 33 tasks.  If I am an advisor and I want to rearrange tasks in this workflow, which happens frequently as the conversations are not linear, I have to scroll through 13 screens to see all tasks. I can't easily move them around.  Can we display the tasks in a collapsed view rather than showing the full description?  We don't need to see the description all of the time as we learn the tasks and what needs to be done for each.
