Hello. We have a client, Michael Thorpe, that informs BAAP he never received the RC survey link. The link was set up under his task and assigned to the client. He also claims there were no follow up emails on the survey. I wanted to confirm our portal is working properly and maybe the client overlooked this correspondence in his "junk" email folder. The client did eventually fill it out but was directly from RC Reports.

Can not delete a brief once you create it

the sorting on clients goes by number of tasks the problem is when you close a task and it refreshes it can be on the next page so you have to go and look for it, if it sorted by alpha it would not change where you are in the sort

The sorting arrow when inside the team tasks section, when clicked doesn't actually do anything from what i can tell.

When clicking on an uploaded document that is password protected I am unable to cancel the popup that shows up that prompts for the password. A refresh of the page would not make the popup go away.

Once an invoice task is created and sent. If the invoice due date is updated on harvest, the update does not get reflected on harness. Could this be updated, so in case if we update the due date on harvest, its also reflected on Harness. This way the task reminders also go out in a timely manner?

When I upload a profile photo using a file >2MB, I receive an error
