The current column size makes it hard to find certain clients where I deal with one spouse and their wife's name is still too long to even see any of the husband's last name.

The feature to click on the edge of each column heading and widen as needed for the best view (or narrow it so more columns can be viewed on screen) was requested specifically

Additionally, the ability to hover over a name and have full name shown "otherwise, I have to click through and leave the home screen where I want to be. seems small but pretty useful when there are clients with very long names"
