Firm Feature Requests

We should have the ability to add and associate contacts from the client profile screen rather than having to navigate back to the contacts screen.

Current Experience: Client profiles in the portal do not currently include a dedicated field for the client's phone number. As a result, firms may need to maintain client contact information in a separate system. Requested Enhancement: Add a phone number field to the client's profile in the portal, alongside their other contact information. Why This Would Help: Adding phone numbers to the client profile would allow firms to maintain more complete client records directly within the Harness portal. This would make it easier for team members to access client contact information when needed and would support firms looking to transition away from separate data storage or CRM systems and manage their client information solely within the portal.

It would be good to have a way to easily add items surfaced in a planning brief to the client roadmap.

It doesn't make sense to remove items on a roadmap because we will always want to have a record to show ourselves or the client what we've done for them. Can you add a filter to the roadmap display to filter out completed tasks. This will also be useful when we put in the relationship tracking for things we've done and amounts we've saved them or value of the engagement we've increased.

now that we have the ability to add things to the roadmap and manage them as relationship to do’s. It will be helpful to allow us to catalog the relationship value or benefit to completing the roadmap task. Having this in place will help in building the client portal out with the overall value of our engagement.

I’ve noticed that the auto-created labels in the File Name when uploading documents to the Permanent Records are a little clunky and distracting – they are in black above the actual document File Name which is the 2nd line in a less prominent gray color – my suggestion would be, if the labels need to be kept at all, to switch the display the other way around so the File Name is more prominent.

The Group Name and link is only on the Client’s Engagements homepage and disappears if navigating to the Documents, Client Profile, or Notes Page, so it creates another extra click to get back to Engagements to access the Group Name link. To switch to another member of the same group I think could be quicker and easier if either that link were simply available on each page or if the group members were listed on the right side were listed across the top maybe.

When opening a client and then going back to the Clients homepage I have to set the filters again, it doesn’t hold the list. I often just “Right-click” and open multiple pages for each client I am working in to eliminate unnecessary clicks and re-filtering each time.

When adding a new workflow to a client, upon submission, we are taken to all workflows listing versus the client engagement page.

With the new grouping functionality it would be helpful to have the ability to select whether a roadmap item should be added to the individual or another entity within the group. We often review for planning items and may uncover items that should reside in either place. As a workaround we are having to open the business profile in a second browser tab to be able to add items to it. That isn't very efficient.
