My team gets the message "Failed to load PDF file." when trying to preview any documents in Harness.

Now that we have the roadmap items appearing in team tasks, I am not seeing a way to filter by them. Can we ensure that we can filter for roadmap related tasks?

We are unable to send a specific invoice from the Harness portal. An email has been sent with the specific client details.

I am unable to update due dates on client tasks for clients that have missed the original due dates. A pop-up appears that says the due date was successfully updated, but the date remains the same.

I attempted to access a client’s files uploaded within the past 24 hours, but encountered an error on the engagement page. I have emailed with the specific client details.

When I elect to update the due date for a client's questionnaire, the message prompts me to update the Direct Deposit/Withdrawal due date.

Financial advisors with access to multiple shared client taxpayers are reporting that when they enter a phone number in the questionnaire for one client, the same number is automatically populating for all taxpayers they have access to. This is very concerning as it raises questions about the security and integrity of client data. Please resolve this issue to ensure there is no crossover in client information.

Recently, I have noticed that at times (not always) when I click on the click all box so I can download all of the uploaded docs as one zip file, that only one doc (usually the one at the top of the list) downloads and not a zip file of all of the docs. I usually reload the page and it will work. This seems to be a recent bug.

When I’m in the engagement and I hover over the “Related Engagement Letter(s)” it says “0 of XX signed” even when the letter is signed. It's easy to double check, but just wanted to alert that I think this may not be working.
