This is a very urgent matter, as we cannot review recently uploaded files, and clients are unable to access and sign off on their tax returns. I am also unsure whether this issue has affected e-file authorization requests.
Every file uploaded on 7/15 by either our team or our clients is not accessible. As a result, many of our projects have come to a standstill over the past 24 hours, and our firm is currently extremely busy.
