Not all docs downloading in a zip file

Recently, I have noticed that at times (not always) when I click on the click all box so I can download all of the uploaded docs as one zip file, that only one doc (usually the one at the top of the list) downloads and not a zip file of all of the docs. I usually reload the page and it will work. This seems to be a recent bug.

This issue should be resolved.
To download all docs across multiple pages, after checking the select all box, be sure to click 'select all # who match filters' before downloading (see attachment).
