I received feedback from Doug and Cari regarding Harvest. They want way more ability for HTAs to edit and issue invoices in Harvest. Specifically, the ability to create, edit, and send an invoice without having to loop his CSM in (ex: night client call, working on Sunday and wanting to send it, etc.)
