Firm Feature Requests

We are seeing an increase in firms/advisors trying to send documents directly out of PD instead of toggling back to the portal to send the doc from the appropriate task. If there was a way to eliminate the option to send directly from the PD, it could increase self-serve efficiency.

Ray from Cerner wants to be able to assign engagements to staff/users rather than staff having blanket access to all his clients.
