Kelley reached out with a critical issue where the portal can only handle >25 uploads and deletes previous files in FIFO
From Kelley - It appears that the portals are only set up to hold 25 files at a time right now. Even worse, it appears that it allows clients to continue uploading above 25 files and just shows files to make room (under FIFO method). Hopefully this is as simple as expanding the file capacity
Update - Resolution in progress, confirming no files have been deleted

The fix for this is out. You should now see all files uploaded to an engagement (not just the latest 25). Let us know if you have any questions!

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention! It will be resolved tomorrow. All files are safe and secure. The app was unexpectedly limiting the display of files to the most recent 25.
