Notes on open tasks

We need a place to be able to add notes regarding open tasks that can be displayed when we view all open tasks.
This is important in managing all open items for a given user. As a manager I can review notes to understand why a task may still be open. As a staff member managing my open tasks I can leave notes for why something may not be completed or for things I need to get from a client or do before I complete the task.

Ability to add review notes for preparers directly within the Portal at the engagement level. Currently, firms rely on their own tax software for this, but having review notes viewable and trackable in the portal at the engagement level would be highly valuable.
