This was a big pain point I noticed when working with Greg Black in the office 2/14/2024 to help him navigate the new systems.

I think it may be helpful to have either a short training or loom on the client portal to Google Drive best practices on efficient download, combining pdfs, and ensuring the file explorer shortcut is present so Advisors can combine save files directly to the client folder.
