So came across this one recently. Client uploaded 26 tax documents along with the two excel files generated from the questionnaire and the auto pay info. Not realizing I had the "Rows per page" set to 25, I clicked on the check all box so I could download all of the documents to a zipped folder and it only downloaded the 25 documents visible on the page and the remaining three were not downloaded, unbeknownst to me. Two of the documents that were not downloaded were their respective W-2s (the bulk of their income). Figuring they may have forgot to upload their W-2s I requested they upload them to the portal. As such, I looked like a complete amateur for asking them for their W-2s...AGAIN. Is it possible to have ALL documents that the client uploads (despite the number per page view) included in a bulk download? If not, can the per page view default be set to 200 so none of us run into this issue again?. Thanks
