When displaying team tasks, the default view should show only open and in-progress tasks. Blocked tasks should be excluded from the default view.

Additionally, roadmap tasks should not appear in the initial view. The default display should be limited to workflow and engagement tasks only. Roadmap tasks should remain available as an optional filter that users can enable if they want to include them.

The rationale: roadmap tasks often carry due dates well beyond current workflows, and surfacing them by default creates noise that makes the view harder to manage day-to-day.
