Client notifications from firm name rather than advisor name
complete
Caroline Lukins
Context:
Currently, client email notifications display the advisor's first and last name. Depending on the firm, the advisor may want to have the notifications come from the firm's name.
Impact:
- Professional Branding: Emails reflecting the firm name can enhance brand consistency and build client trust.
- Client Perception: A firm-branded notification may improve the overall client experience by presenting a unified, professional appearance.
Desired Outcome:
Enable an option that allows email notifications/reminders sent to clients to display the firm's name instead of the advisor's individual name.

Ability to show firm logo/branding within Harness
Angela Gonzales
Advisors would like their logo and branding to show to clients when they log into the Harness Portal so their clients can feel confident they are in the right place and feel connected to a professional advisor experience.
Examples:
- Show firm name and logo in product
- Use Harness as a white-label product (i.e. using their existing branding/firm name).

➜ Pro tip: If your firm prefers a firm branded client experience, update your advisor display name to match your firm name. If you have multiple teams, be sure to set the display name for each advisor.

Feature Firm logo in the Client Portal
M
Mark Ciccone
It would be helpful for clients to see our Firm logo when they log into the client portal to avoid clients feeling as though they are being sent to an unrelated third party or are having their tax work outsourced.
