Context: Setting up automatic payments can cause confusion to the client since they are responsible to remit payments to both the IRS and to the tax advisors for services rendered.
Impact: Clearer instructions as to what the information is used for.
Desired Outcome: For the wording in the task to be changed to "provide banking information" from "set up automatic payments."

Clarify naming of bank account questionnaire task
Caroline Lukins
The current wording for the direct deposit/withdrawal account setup task is confusing to some clients who misinterpret it as being fully set up through Harness.
Impact:
- User Confusion: Clients are unclear about the process, which could result in miscommunication and delays.
- Task Clarity: Improved wording would better guide clients on what action is required.
Outcome:
Update the task description to clearly state something along the lines of “Provide banking information for direct deposit/withdrawal for tax refund/payment,” ensuring that it accurately reflects the required action without implying that the setup is completed within Harness.
