Add Scan to PDF Feature

We've received feedback from multiple clients who miss the scan-to-PDF feature that was available in our previous document portal, Intuit Link. That feature allowed clients to use their phone camera to scan documents directly into PDF format within the portal.
Currently, clients need to use third-party apps like Adobe Scan for the same functionality, leading to an increase in .heic and .jpeg uploads, which are more difficult to review compared to PDFs.
It would be incredibly helpful if Harness could explore adding a built-in scan-to-PDF feature to the client portal in the future.
