Ability to shift items from a workflow to roadmap

Two parts to this ask. Can you add a task disposition option labeled "Moved to Roadmap" in addition to open, closed, in process dismissed? In our up-front advisory engagement, we may have tasks that we decide to tackle later, and we want to be able to close them out of a workflow and shift them to the roadmap. We don't want to delete them because we committed to doing them. We just might not do them immediately.
Second part of the request. Once we have the option to move to roadmap, can we add an easy way to create the actual roadmap item from the task?

There are times when we will defer up-front advisory tasks to a later time. In general, we need the ability to move tasks from a particular workflow to the roadmap for future completion.
