Once a client has submitted the questionnaire, please build out the ability for us to send it back to the client so that they can make any edits necessary. We have had various clients whom accidently hit the submit button. The responses to these clients when asked if they can edit their responses has been that they can't edit their responses once submitted and that they would need to start the questionnaire again from scratch. We should have the ability to re-open the questionnaire upon their request. They shouldn't be able to keep changing it once they hit submit, but if requested we should be able to unlock it so they can make edits and resubmit
